“Starting life in 1999, this Bentley Arnage is one of the first examples, featuring the smaller BMW 4.4 litre V8 engine. Now 24 years old, and showing a mileage of 54,000, it initially appears to be a quite presentable motor car, but beauty is often only skin deep. Currently awaiting a full assessment in our workshops, it is unfortunately displaying signs of possible engine problems together with a few electrical glitches. The structure of the car will be thoroughly inspected and a decision on its future will follow. Parts for early models such as this remain in short supply so it may well end up in the hands of our trusty recyclers.”
