We are constantly sourcing vehicles for dismantling, which has allowed us to build up a vast stock of used parts for every Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor car from 1945 to the present day.
These cars often provide an invaluable way of keeping a vehicle on the road when new parts are unavailable, no longer in production or are prohibitively expensive. You’ll find details below of vehicles that are currently in our workshops for "parting out".
You can also find all our cars we are currently dismantling and cars we have dismantled on our Official YouTube Channel.
Bentley Continental GT : FSD-480
Chassis No: SCBCE63W55C025339
"Bit of an eyeful this one, but back in October 2004, when it first took to the road, it was finished in a far more tasteful shade of grey. Since then, it has passed through the hands of 14 owners, one of which saw fit to treat it to the delightful gold wrap that we see before us – possibly a fan of Quality Street toffees? Having covered just over 90,000 miles, it is now showing signs of age and the number of previous owners would suggest that it has been less than reliable over the years. Complete and running, there is a rather strange knocking noise coming from beneath the bonnet which we will investigate, prior to handing the car over to our recycling team for careful dismantling."
Bentley Mulsanne S : FSD-479
Chassis No: JCH22652
"This Mulsanne S has been sitting undisturbed in a relatively local garage for the past 10 years. A 1987 injected model, it has previously seen service as a wedding carriage, but lack of use has resulted in the usual mechanical problems, together with some substantial corrosion issues. The Bentley Azure alloy wheels are a very attractive feature, and are in excellent condition so why not contact our sales team if you would like to add them to your own car? The car will be recycled in due course."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow : FSD-478
Chassis No: SRH25644
"Sharing garage space with the Mulsanne above, this Shadow dates from late 1976 so was one of the final models produced. Standing for the same amount of time has resulted in similar problems but a little less corrosion. Following assessment in our workshop, its fate will be decided but it may be possible for an enthusiast with the necessary vision to return this car to the road once more. Give us a call to register your interest if you fancy taking it on."
Bentley Arnage : FSD-477
Chassis No: SCBLB51E6XCH02420
"The first generation Arnages emerged with a 4.4 BMW V8 engine that was not well received by Bentley enthusiasts. However, over the years, the unit proved quite reliable and this version has become quite sought after. This example, however, dating from 1999, has suffered accident damage to the frontal area and is showing signs of corrosion to many areas of the body and underneath. The amount of work and money required to ‘right the wrongs’ would far outweigh the ultimate value of the car and with strong demand for used Arnage parts, this car will be used as a valuable source of components."
Bentley Mulsanne S : FSD-474
Chassis No: KCH24887
"Parking your Bentley in a field and leaving it there for many years is not the best way to look after it, and storing the spare wheel on the front passenger seat is never a good idea. This one was well surrounded by grass and mud and took a bit of extracting. Originally registered in 1989, it is the more popular injected model but, needless to say, time has not been kind and the level of corrosion together with mechanical failings mean that there will be only one outcome."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II : FSD-473
Chassis No: SRH0039439
"Also in the same farmyard for a similar length of time was this Shadow II. Again, the major damage is rust to the bodywork and underneath, together with general decay of wiring and trim. Chrome wheel arch trims can hide some horrors, as in this case, and the photographs show some unusual features beneath the bonnet. Well beyond salvation, this is another car that will be donating components to far more worthy causes."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow : FSD-472
Chassis No: SRH25665
"Languishing in the corner of a Buckinghamshire garage, this is another restoration project that was never quite completed. In fact, other than removing the everflex roof, it wasn’t really started. Dating from September 1976, this is a late ‘flared arch’ Silver Shadow which was in fairly good shape when it entered the garage but, as ever, time has taken its toll. There is a fair amount of corrosion underneath, many components have been relocated to the luggage compartment, and it is now well beyond an economical restoration. We have managed to run the engine so that will live on in another more deserving example at some point in the future."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II : FSD-471
Chassis No: SRH38806
"This 1979 Silver Shadow II was with its previous keeper for the last 7 years, but has been off the road since 2015. Initially presenting quite well, close examination reveals heavy corrosion in both subframes, sills, and all four wings. Requiring a complete new braking system and numerous suspension components, the potential expense soon starts to increase, rendering the car beyond an economical restoration. It will, however, yield a good number of usable parts so will be recycled by our experienced team in the very near future."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-453
Chassis No: SCBZR04A8LCH31767
"Just over a year ago, the owner of this car was warned never to return to the MOT station with it again. Having covered in excess of 211,000 miles, the 1990 Turbo R has been used and enjoyed extensively throughout its life, but it became pretty obvious that it was nearing the end. Large areas of corrosion to the body made economical repairs impossible, but having been well maintained mechanically, it will yield many useful parts when it is recycled."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-451
Chassis No: BCH02170
"Leaving this 1981 Silver Spirit exposed in a midlands field for many years has done it no favours whatsoever. Cars arriving in this state are normally recycled as soon as possible so that any remaining salvageable parts can be rescued and reconditioned before they become terminal."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-449
Chassis No: CCH04248
"Part of a collection of around 12 motor cars, many in similar condition, this 1983 Silver Spirit spent many years sitting on a driveway waiting for its turn in the garage of the owner. Unfortunately, it ended up waiting rather too long and deteriorated way beyond the stage where it could have been rescued. No chance of a reprieve for this one, it will be recycled in the very near future."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-448
Chassis No: HCH21782
"Purchased as a restoration project by a professional Rolls-Royce and Bentley mechanic, work unfortunately stalled due to a change in circumstances. Although partly dismantled, all components came with the car, but a close inspection revealed rather too much corrosion to make continuation of the project viable. It will prove a useful source of used parts."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow : FSD-443
Chassis No: SRH11043
"Arriving with half of the engine in the boot is never a good start. Add to that the rather randomly placed interior panels, and unusually coloured seats and the fate of this car is almost immediately sealed. There are far more deserving projects so parts from this car will go to help those."
Bentley Mulsanne Turbo : FSD-438
Chassis No: SCBZS0T0XCCH06575
"Serving time as a garden ornament, somewhere north of Scotch Corner, has done this early Mulsanne Turbo no favours whatsoever. Blending nicely into its surroundings, as moss took hold, it deteriorated well beyond the point of no return and has now made one final journey to meet our recycling team."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-416
Chassis No: SCAZS0009BCH01777
"Another abandoned restoration project, this early example first took to the road in 1981. As is often the case, the sheer amount of work and investment required to resurrect cars in this condition does not always make sense. The owner of this one decided to walk away from it, leaving recycling as the only sensible option."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-411
Chassis No: SCAZS00A0KCH26155
"Accident damage to the rear end of this 1989 Silver Spirit unfortunately sealed its fate. The cost of repairs to an already ageing example were sufficient to write it off, but being in relatively regular use prior to the accident means that many parts will be salvaged by our recycling department."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-407
Chassis No: ECH09687
"A 1984 Silver Spirit, requiring too much work to keep on the road. Arriving with us after MOT failure, an inspection revealed a high level of corrosion plus numerous leaks and general mechanical problems, making recycling the only sensible route to take."
Bentley Eight : FSD-404
Chassis No: MCH35467
"Driven to us from a northern town, this Bentley Eight was a ‘rolling restoration’ but a lack of time resulted in the project being abandoned. The car was running on arrival and most of the components that had been removed were with it, so in a way, the dismantling process has already begun, and its fate was sealed when it came through our gates."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-389
Chassis No: CH03406
"This one may have the appearance of a Bentley Turbo R, but it started life, in 1981, as a Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit. An image conscious former keeper, obviously preferred to modify his Rolls, rather than invest in the genuine article, resulting in a Turbo R lacking the performance of the real thing. All show, and not quite enough go, some may say. Now well and truly on its final journey to our recycling department – let’s hope they can spot the difference."
Bentley S3 : FSD-388
Chassis No: TBC
"Ambitiously described as an ‘abandoned restoration project’, this former Bentley S3 is a little lacking in components. However, several large boxes of parts came with it. These had been removed over the course of many years, the plan being to carefully rebuild the car to its former glory. As is often the case, the task became ever more demanding until the owner finally admitted defeat. Undaunted, we were there to rescue the remnants which will be put to good use to satisfy demand for parts from this era."
Rolls-Royce Phantom V : FSD-384 (Of Special Interest)
Chassis No: 5VA111
"Hand built by Park Ward, with body design 2003, this car was supplied to Exeter City Council in 1963 to serve as the official Mayoral limousine. In 1985 it was exported to America where it remained until 2010, when it was repatriated to the UK. More recently, selected components have been utilised to facilitate the restoration of an historically important motor car of similar type. This has resulted in the remains of the car arriving with us. Recycled parts for these exclusive cars rarely become available."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-375
Chassis No: CH07216
"Once resplendent in the attractive shade of ‘Ice Green’, this mid-eighties Spirit is now attracting a different shade of green, called moss, which is happily growing all over it. Exceptionally corroded, it is many years since this example was last on the road, and it has suffered accordingly. Not even worth considering as anything but a candidate for recycling."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-369
Chassis No: CH01765
"The previous owner of this early Spirit was always going to restore the car, but somehow never seemed to manage it. As is often the case, the longer you leave a car unattended, the more it deteriorates, until, inevitably, it becomes impractical and uneconomical to revive it. Hence, this one will be heading to the recycling team."
Bentley Eight : FSD-363
Chassis No: JCH22252
"A 1988 Bentley Eight saloon, successfully extracted from the woods where it has been living for the past decade, or longer. Yet another example of a car that has been forgotten about and deteriorated way beyond economical repair. An early injected, naturally aspirated model, the only way forward is to salvage re-useable components for more deserving causes."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-359
Chassis No: KCH26089
"First registered in 1989, this Turbo R was with the previous owner for over 12 years, and used and enjoyed throughout his ownership. Having covered over 150,000 miles, the car is now best described as ‘a little tired’ and is at a stage where more expenditure is required and that just does not make financial sense. Better to use the serviceable components to keep other, more respectable models on the road."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II : FSD-358
Chassis No: TBC
"This Silver Shadow II dates from February 1979 and has had in excess of 10 previous owners. Although initially presenting quite well, further investigation reveals a number of faults and the usual corrosion issues. Once again, the amount of work required renders restoration uneconomically viable, so the car will be recycled."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow : FSD-356
Chassis No: SRH21959
"The parts on this car will be available following testing by our in house technicians. Further details to follow."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-352
Chassis No: SCAZS0002CCH04831
"This Silver Spirit first took to the road in 1982 but after several years of fine service, it was eventually abandoned in a haulage yard. Initially well looked after, it has now unfortunately deteriorated beyond economical repair and will be recycled to donate parts to more roadworthy examples."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-343
Chassis No: TBC
"A 1983 Silver Spirit which was purchased as a restoration project by the previous owner. However, as is often the case, the amount of work required, together with the substantial financial outlay, eventually dissuaded him from continuing. A long delay while considering the way forward has lead to further deterioration, rendering the car completely beyond repair, so it will be recycled in the near future."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-304
Chassis No: SCBZRO4AIKCH24786
"First registered in 1988, restoration had begun on this early injected Turbo R, but following a change of circumstance, the work was not completed. Another case where it would prove uneconomical to continue, the car will be recycled to provide parts and core units for reconditioning."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-299
Chassis No: SCAZSOOO7DCH07659
"This 1983 Silver Spirit has been in regular use until quite recently. However, extensive expenditure was required last year, and as MOT time approaches again, another large bill was predicted, so the owner decided it was time to move it on. At first glance, it does look quite presentable but on closer inspection, it has obviously had water leaking into it for some time which has resulted in a most unpleasant interior. Taking into account a number of mechanical issues, the car is now well beyond economical repair and will be heading to our recycling department."
Bentley Eight : FSD-285
Chassis No: SCBZEOOA5LCH32750
"This Bentley Eight was first registered in 1990. Another car that has not been used recently, it does have the benefit of an MOT certificate, valid until July 2016. Corrosion is starting in the usual places, it has 161,000 miles recorded, but it may be possible for a dedicated enthusiast to return it to the road."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit II : FSD-284
Chassis No: SCAZSOOA9LCH33591
"In semi-regular use until last year, this 1990 Spirit II was originally thought to be a potential restoration project. Pictured in the condition it arrived, an inspection soon revealed a long list of issues requiring attention. Taking into account the extensive corrosion as well, recycling is the only sensible direction to take."
