We are constantly sourcing vehicles for dismantling, which has allowed us to build up a vast stock of used parts for every Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor car from 1945 to the present day.
These cars often provide an invaluable way of keeping a vehicle on the road when new parts are unavailable, no longer in production or are prohibitively expensive. You’ll find details below of vehicles that are currently in our workshops for "parting out".

Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-389

"This one may have the appearance of a Bentley Turbo R, but it started life, in 1981, as a Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit. An image conscious former keeper, obviously preferred to modify his Rolls, rather than invest in the genuine article, resulting in a Turbo R lacking the performance of the real thing. All show, and not quite enough go, some may say. Now well and truly on its final journey to our recycling department – let’s hope they can spot the difference."
Bentley S3 : FSD-388

"Ambitiously described as an ‘abandoned restoration project’, this former Bentley S3 is a little lacking in components. However,several large boxes of parts came with it. These had been removed over the course of many years, the plan being to carefully rebuild the car to its former glory. As is often the case, the task became ever more demanding until the owner finally admitted defeat. Undaunted, we were there to rescue the remnants which will be put to good use to satisfy demand for parts from this era."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow : FSD-386

"An early Silver Shadow, first registered in May 1967, this car has been with its previous owner for some 38 years. Unused for the last 10 of these, it has been stored undercover in a workshop, and while suffering from the usual ‘lack of use’ issues, it is not too badly corroded. Featuring the desirable early dashboard, and simpler interior, this car could possibly be considered as a project for a dedicated enthusiast."
Rolls-Royce Phantom V : FSD-384 (Of Special Interest)

"Hand built by Park Ward, with body design 2003, this car was supplied to Exeter City Council in 1963 to serve as the official Mayoral limousine. In 1985 it was exported to America where it remained until 2010, when it was repatriated to the UK. More recently, selected components have been utilised to facilitate the restoration of an historically important motor car of similar type. This has resulted in the remains of the car arriving with us. Recycled parts for these exclusive cars rarely become available."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-375

"Once resplendent in the attractive shade of ‘Ice Green’, this mid-eighties Spirit is now attracting a different shade of green, called moss, which is happily growing all over it. Exceptionally corroded, it is many years since this example was last on the road, and it has suffered accordingly. Not even worth considering as anything but a candidate for recycling."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-369

"The previous owner of this early Spirit was always going to restore the car, but somehow never seemed to manage it. As is often the case, the longer you leave a car unattended, the more it deteriorates, until, inevitably, it becomes impractical and uneconomical to revive it. Hence, this one will be heading to the recycling team."
Bentley Eight : FSD-363

"A 1988 Bentley Eight saloon, successfully extracted from the woods where it has been living for the past decade, or longer. Yet another example of a car that has been forgotten about and deteriorated way beyond economical repair. An early injected, naturally aspirated model, the only way forward is to salvage re-useable components for more deserving causes."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-361

"This 1990 Turbo R was in regular use until recently, but the owner had the chance to update to a later model. Weighing up the economics, he decided to take the plunge with the other car, but discovered a number of issues with this one, when he came to move it on. Luckily, we were able to relieve him of it, and it will now be recycled in the usual manner."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-359

"First registered in 1989, this Turbo R was with the previous owner for over 12 years, and used and enjoyed throughout his ownership. Having covered over 150,000 miles, the car is now best described as ‘a little tired’ and is at a stage where more expenditure is required and that just does not make financial sense. Better to use the serviceable components to keep other, more respectable models on the road."
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II : FSD-358

"This Silver Shadow II dates from February 1979 and has had in excess of 10 previous owners. Although initially presenting quite well, further investigation reveals a number of faults and the usual corrosion issues. Once again, the amount of work required renders restoration uneconomically viable, so the car will be recycled."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-352

"This Silver Spirit first took to the road in 1982 but after several years of fine service, it was eventually abandoned in a haulage yard. Initially well looked after, it has now unfortunately deteriorated beyond economical repair and will be recycled to donate parts to more roadworthy examples."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-343

"A 1983 Silver Spirit which was purchased as a restoration project by the previous owner. However, as is often the case, the amount of work required, together with the substantial financial outlay, eventually dissuaded him from continuing. A long delay while considering the way forward has lead to further deterioration, rendering the car completely beyond repair, so it will be recycled in the near future."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-341

"This early example of the fuel injected Turbo R was first registered in 1987. Initially offered to us back in the summer of 2016, we eventually acquired it in December. Another case of a car left standing, unused, for a long period. Ravaged by the elements, the body is now in very poor condition and extensive mechanical work is also required, making the car way beyond economical repair. Now awaiting recycling."
Bentley Turbo R : FSD-304

"First registered in 1988, restoration had begun on this early injected Turbo R, but following a change of circumstance, the work was not completed. Another case where it would prove uneconomical to continue, the car will be recycled to provide parts and core units for reconditioning."
Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit : FSD-299

"This 1983 Silver Spirit has been in regular use until quite recently. However, extensive expenditure was required last year, and as MOT time approaches again, another large bill was predicted, so the owner decided it was time to move it on. At first glance, it does look quite presentable but on closer inspection, it has obviously had water leaking into it for some time which has resulted in a most unpleasant interior. Taking into account a number of mechanical issues, the car is now well beyond economical repair and will be heading to our recycling department."

"Standing unused for many years, this Spirit has many mechanical faults and growing corrosion. A restoration would prove uneconomical, so the car will be recycled."
Bentley Eight : FSD-285

"This Bentley Eight was first registered in 1990. Another car that has not been used recently, it does have the benefit of an MOT certificate, valid until July 2016. Corrosion is starting in the usual places, it has 161,000 miles recorded, but it may be possible for a dedicated enthusiast to return it to the road."

"In semi-regular use until last year, this 1990 Spirit II was originally thought to be a potential restoration project. Pictured in the condition it arrived, an inspection soon revealed a long list of issues requiring attention. Taking into account the extensive corrosion as well, recycling is the only sensible direction to take."
