A Memorable Day at Flying Spares: Customer Open Day Recap

On the sunny morning of June 21st, Flying Spares welcomed enthusiasts from the East Midlands and Paulerspury RREC sections to our inaugural Customer Open Day. The event brought together enthusiasts and those curious to explore the inner workings of our operations, all while fostering a shared appreciation for the history and craftsmanship that define Rolls-Royce and Bentley vehicles.

The day began with a warm reception, as attendees were greeted with a selection of teas, coffees, and pastries. This set the tone for what would be an engaging and informative experience.

The first highlight of the day was an exclusive tour of our warehouse and operational facilities. Guests had the chance to witness firsthand the logistics and organisation required to maintain our vast inventory of parts for heritage and modern Rolls-Royce and Bentley models. This behind-the-scenes glimpse into our day-to-day operations showcased our commitment to quality and customer care.

Following the warehouse tour, guests were guided to our workshop and recycling areas. Here, they explored the processes involved in restoring and recycling components, an essential part of maintaining the sustainability and heritage of these vehicles. Our team provided detailed explanations, emphasising our dedication to preserving these cars for future generations.
