Bentley Arnage - FSD 799

Chassis:  SCBLB51E7XCH02491

Fresh off the trailer comes this 1999 Bentley Arnage, wearing its metallic navy paint with quiet dignity β€” and a fair bit of camera-friendly deceit.
It looks decent in photos, but in person the truth starts to show. The sills are beginning to bubble, the paint’s losing its depth, and the once-cream leather has stretched and softened with age. It’s not terrible β€” we’ve seen worse, much worse β€” but it’s certainly not hiding its years either.

The battery was long dead when it arrived, though a quick jump was all it took to bring it back to life. Once running, it settled into that familiar V8 hum β€” steady enough, if a little weary. It drives, it stops, and for now, it doesn’t leave a puddle behind. There are far worse first impressions.

Still, it’s here for a reason. This Arnage recently failed its MOT, and the words β€œuneconomical to repair” have already been whispered in its direction. We’ll give it the same tests every new arrival gets before any decisions are made, but the signs aren’t exactly promising.

For now, it sits in the yard β€” navy paint catching what light it can, cream interior still managing a touch of elegance. There’s life in it yet, but whether it’ll keep running or lend its strength to others remains to be seen. We’ll reserve judgment. Maybe it’ll surprise us. Maybe it’ll even earn a reprieve. Or maybe β€” just maybe β€” it’s already written its own ending.

Stay tuned. This Arnage isn’t giving much away, but one way or another, its story at Flying Spares has just begun.
