It's with deepest regret to inform you that the RREC have made the announcement that the 2020 Annual Rally which was due to be held at Burghley House has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
RREC's official announcement:
We are in unprecedented times and this requires quite exceptional decisions to be made. To this end the Board have taken the reluctant decision to cancel the Annual Rally. Cancelling now provides certainty to you all, limits our financial exposure to the event below £1,000, and allows us to remain compliant with the social distancing obligations that are becoming more stringent.
We will be refunding all the 2020 Annual Rally payment that we have received.
- If you paid for your tickets via a credit or debit card you do not need to contact us as we will refund your payment directly to the card that you used to make the payment.
- If you paid by cheque or direct bank transfer please can you email email@example.com
with your bank account name, sort code and account number quoting reference :"Annual Rally refund" and we will make a refund.
