An article in the current issue of the RREC bulletin details the problems faced by a member at this year's annual rally with his Silver Cloud 11. Expert assistance was provided by the RAC team on site and amongst other things, a set of ignition leads were required. There were none to be found on the rally site, but as 'Flying Spares' were operating their hugely successful delivery service throughout the weekend, a set was duly obtained and fitted to the car. This was the third year that we had offered this facility, which we are able to do, thanks to our relative locality to the rally venue. It once again proved very popular, particularly to the owner of the Silver Cloud above, and rest assured that it will be 'business as usual' at the 2012 annual rally.
